My perception of Customer Empowerment is not limited just to providing best deals and good projects to our Esteemed Customers, but goes one step ahead in safeguarding their vested interests on their property documents. When Acres N Inches began operations in 2013, we were marketing the residential project Habitech Panchtatva in Greater Noida West, popularly then infamous as Noida Extension with farmers often blocking the roadways demanding extra compensation for which the Authority instructed all builders/developers to pay the extra farmer compensation amount. For obvious reasons, every Builder passed the cost onto the customer and every single customer had to bear this extra load on his/her pocket. Although it was lawfully correct but I felt it was morally & ethically not what a customer deserved. On close to 1000 apartments sold by Acres N Inches, not a single customer had to bear this extra cost which benefited each customer by around 1 to 2 lacs on their property, thereby giving them a collective benefit of more than 20 crores.
Similarly thousands of our customers who invested through Acres N Inches in office spaces had it written on their Builder-Buyer Agreements that their Assured Return amounts would be extended beyond the committed date mentioned on the Agreement if the Developer delays the possession of the purchased property. I clearly recollect that thousands of our customers got these returns for an EXTRA 2-3 years each, because possession got delayed by around 2-3 years. This gave each customer an approximate average benefit of around 2 lac rupees for which they thank us till today for standing tall behind them.

I take pride in the fact that today Acres N Inches is the top market leader in the sale of co-working spaces. Out of the 55,000 co-working spaces sold in 2021, 3.34% of all India sales were done by Acres N Inches alone, which has opened a completely new door of opportunities for ANI in the world of co-working sales and leasing.
